The location was excellent, right on the Victorian Esplanade. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was good with attention to detail by the chef, the food presentation was lovely. I also enjoyed the draft beer selection at the bar. A super choice.
The bathroom looked a little tired. I noticed a crack in the sink.

The hotel boasts a superb location right on the beachfront, offering great views from room 7 (I was very impressed). Staff members were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my visit. I enjoyed breakfast (especially the fresh bread!) and the option for a quick ham and cheese sandwich, due to an early departure. The owner, Sid, engaged well with guests.
The bathroom looked a bit tired, with a crack present in the sink.
